Sue has deliberately taken a light hearted approach to a subject that many of us feel we ought to address - but which many of us don't.

Her book is for people of all ages - for people whose conscience bothers them a bit, or who worry about their backsides or their paunches. But it's certainly not going to "tell you off", or make you feel guilty or got-at.

It's written it in a readable and amusing style, and it's been illustrated with drawings (by me) in a style that we hope is both accurate but also and amusing.

As well as exercises, movements and contortions that can be done in bed, on the loo, or in the bath — it includes sections on relaxation, massage, and eating. There are exercises for each part of the body, and throughout there is a serious and responsible (though gentle) approach, which can help those with actual aches and pains as well as the straightforward lazy.
